In light of the inherent characteristics of our business operations, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Nevertheless, should you be unable to participate in the scheduled interview, we extend the option to reschedule up to three times within the subsequent three months. Following this period, the order will be deemed fulfilled on our end.
In the event that our interviewer is unavailable for the scheduled interview at any given time, we commit to rescheduling on three occasions. Should this not be feasible, a full refund of the invoiced amount will be initiated to the original payment method in 5-7 working days.
